Bronze thread fire hose cap adapter with magnet ball anti-theft system for standard 2 1/2″ fire hose connections.
Building fire connection pipes need to be operational at all times. Foreign objects entering the hydrant lines via birds or children can prevent your building’s fire system from being operational in an emergency.
Installation:
Step 1: Clean the fire hose connection to make sure there is no residue.
Step 2: Screw the adapter onto the fire hose connection.
Step 3: Drop all the magnetic balls into the hole located on the adapter. Shake the adapter slightly to make sure they roll along the slot.
Step 4: Apply thread lock glue on the hole plug.
Step 5: Screw the cap in the hole
