Description
The mortise cylinder guard protects protruding locks that are commonly found on glass and aluminum, and steel commercial storefront style doors. It comes included with upgraded stainless steel carriage bolts which are much harder to drill or break compared to the standard bolts. The included 1/8″ spacer can be installed if needed. This mortise guard is for tapered lock cylinders.
The mortise guard makes it very difficult for thieves the pry the lock cylinder to gain access. It is installed using carriage bolts right through the door for maximum protection.
