Our steel roof access ladders are custom made to fit your building. We fabricate both exterior-attached, and interior (requiring an access hatch) ladders for commercial buildings roof access.
All of our ladders satisfy current building codes and include lockable access where required. Access ladders feature a safety cage and top railings.

Safety Upgrades for Existing Roof Ladders:
In addition to building new roof ladders, if you have an older one that does not meet safety requirements due to positioning, or lack of a safety cage, we can also upgrade your existing roof ladders. Some of the common modifications we perform are:
- Adding a safety cage
- Adding rooftop railings around the roof access hatch
- Repositioning or extending the ladder
- Adding anti-climb, locking doors to prevent unauthorized access
Specifications:
- All welded steel construction, custom sized and fabricated to fit your application
- Painted or powder coated finish
- Safety cages start at 7 ft above ground level
- Cages and railings are 42″ standard height above the roof deck level
