The dispenser is designed to be both functional and attractive, serving as both a wipe dispenser and a waste receptacle. The wipes are dispensed from a preloaded bucket that is placed underneath the removable lid, while used wipes and other trash can be discarded into the receptacle through the hole in the front. The waste receptacle is easily opened and emptied via the hinged door located in the back of the stand.
