Installation Instructions:
- Drill a hole approx 2.25″
- Vacuum any drill dust from the hole.
- Align the rack’s base plate with the hole.
- Hammer an anchor bolt into the base and hole.
- Hand tighten the nut.
- Drill a second hole from the first.
- Hammer an anchor bolt into the base & hole.
- Firmly tighten both nuts to expand the anchors
