Description

Stop break-and-enters by drill attack on emergency exit doors with this guard. One new attack that thieves are using to gain entry is to drill a hole through the door above the panic set and then fish a stiff wire through to activate the push bar on emergency exit doors.

  1. Top and bottom perpendicular guards to prevent a wire or jimmy from activating the push bar.
  2. Thick steel panels above and below the panic bar to inhibit drilling through the door within the perpendicular guards

Installation

There are a variety of panic sets available, so this product is custom fabricated. It is installed between the panic bar and the door and should be installed by a locksmith or technician experienced in installing panic bar exit hardware.
