Description
For exterior water taps and hose bibs at commercial properties. These guards are made of all steel with a heavy duty hinged door and padlock hasp, and is anchored to the wall to protect the hose bib. Stops unauthorized people from using water taps at the property.
Unauthorized use of these taps can result in increased water usage costs, flooding of areas without adequate drainage, and damage to the hose bib when the water is turned on or off with pliers instead of a proper sillcock key.

Measurements and Fitting
The surrounding box walls are 1″ wide and the depth can vary from 1″ to 5″ in increments of 1/2″ depending on how far the hose bib protrudes from the wall surface.
Measure the inside height, width, and depth needed to surround the hose bib. If you’re unsure of the exact measurement, round up to the nearest 1/2″ to make sure there is enough room inside the box. Once you have these measurements, ensure there is enough flat space for mounting the box by adding 1″ to all 4 sides.
The measurements we use for fabrication are the ID (inside dimensions) for height, width, and depth.
Installation
The box is mounted to the wall around the hose bib using the appropriate heavy duty screws for the wall it is being mounted to (concrete / wood). Access to the screws is blocked when the cover is closed and locked.
