Description
Tactile Indicators have 2 uses. They are primarily installed on landings at the top of stairs or before sloping sidewalks to warn seeing impaired people of the upcoming elevation change.
They can also be used in the same locations to prevent skateboarders from jumping the stairwells, or installed on large flat public seating to prevent skateboarders from damaging these kinds of seating areas.
These tactile indicators are solid machined stainless steel, with machined grooves in the dome top for non-slip traction.
