Replacing old grates and drain covers can sometimes be very difficult. Especially when the original manufacturers have gone out of business or the model has long been discontinued. It is especially difficult when the grate or drain cover is specially cast or requires the strength to withstand the weight of a vehicle rolling over it.
We build custom grate and drain covers from stainless and mild steel up to 2″ thick using a variety of methods including water jetting, laser cutting, and machining depending on what you require.
We just need the dimensions of your grate including thickness, and the size and distance between the bolt holes if there are any as well as quantity. If you have photos, that is also helpful. If the grate or cover no longer exists, the dimensions can be taken from the seat the cover sites in.
