High Performance Hybrid Dryer/Scraper Mat Material
Our heavy duty commercial mats are designed for performance that far exceeds that of common store bought mats. The 75% recycled nylon tufted loop material works to scrape dirt off shoes, then removes dirt and water from the surface of the mat and holds it below until the mat can be cleaned. The heavy vinyl backing prevents water from soaking through to the floor, and the open construction allows easy evaporation and fast drying performance.
Mat Maintenance
Maintenance is easy using various methods depending on the size of your mat, and space and equipment available. They can be shaken, hosed down and left to dry, or vacuumed.
Mat Sizes
- Standard roll widths are 36″ and 72″. Custom sizes can be trimmed from these widths at any length, and larger widths can be created by seaming roll widths together
- Minimum detail size for inlaid logo designs is 1/4″
- Heavy duty rubber edging is 1.5″ wide
- Custom shapes such as notched out corners (non-rectangular) for elevators, etc. is available
