Description
This battery recycling container mounts to the wall in your garbage room and is specific for accepting used household batteries including AA, AAA, C, D, 9 volt, and watch batteries.
The container is clearly labelled “Recycle Used Batteries Here”. It is non-metallic, made from clear acrylic to easily see when the container is getting full. It’s a perfect size and because it is wall mounted, it doesn’t take up much space in your building’s garbage and recycling room.
Installation and Use
Use appropriate screws or concrete anchors to mount to your wall. Recommended mounting height for easy access to put batteries in the top slot is 48″ to 60″ above floor (measured to top of container).
Once the container is full, the bottom of the tube unscrews and batteries can be emptied into a bag or box and taken for recycling.
