Rubber parking curbs, also known as car stops, are made from 100% recycled rubber. Each curb has pre-molded holes, yellow reflective stripes for maximum visibility and can be anchored to either concrete or asphalt surfaces. They are an excellent solution for both indoor and outdoor parking.
These curbs help protect your sidewalk curbs, and items on the sidewalk such as signs, building columns, benches, and planters from being hit by vehicles when they park in the parking stall. They are most commonly used in condominiums, apartment complexes, restaurants, parking lots, private facilities, indoor parking, shopping centres and garages. The 4″ height of the curb greatly reduces the potential for damage to cars compared to traditional concrete parking curbs. Installation
Installation utilizes 4 spikes for asphalt roadways or 4 lag bolts for installation on concrete surfaces. You can also use industrial adhesive, applied with a caulking gun, to secure the curb to the ground. A combination of adhesive with spikes or lag bolts will give you the strongest bonding installation. And compared to concrete curbs weighing several hundred pounds, rubber curbs can easily be installed by one person.
