Flexible highway grade plastic bollards, also called traffic delineators. These delineators are available in safety orange or white and will rebound when hit from any direction. The Flexible Plastic Bollards or Traffic Delineators is an ideal solution for alerting drivers, pedestrians, and motorists to work risks, striping, parking lot, traffic control, resurfacing, and much more. They provide both protection and visibility while also being flexible enough to protect motorists and reduce damage to vehicles.
Traffic delineators are highly visible and come with a reactive spring loaded bolt down base for installation on concrete or asphalt. They are also MUTCD (Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices) compliant and tested to withstand 50 impacts at 55 mph (88 km/h).
The advantage of these flexible bollards over steel and concrete bollards is they will spring back into service if hit by a car or truck rather than be damaged and require repair. They’re ideal for use in parking lots and areas where traffic is busy or space for traffic movement is very tight.
This quality also makes them ideal for use as a parking stall sign post to display handicap parking signs, reserved parking signs, or limited time parking signs etc. Such sign posts are often hit by vehicle bumpers requiring constant repair or replacement. The flexible delineator has the same diameter as standard galvanized sign posts so it’s designed to work with all your standard sign brackets and hardware.
They can be used to:
- Separate traffic lanes on your property.
- Direct traffic away from sensitive areas.
- Partition off areas from unauthorized parking.
- Mount signage on bollard and use in front of parking stalls.
